UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA KELANTAN (UMK) BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING NO. 4/2026 (95th MEETING)

The Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2026 (95th Meeting) was held at the Senate Boardroom, UMK City Campus, to deliberate on key strategic matters relating to the University's direction, institutional governance, and long-term development.
The meeting was chaired by YBhg. Dato' Dr. Mohd Zabri bin Yusoff, who served in the capacity of Acting Chairman of the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan Board of Directors.
The meeting also welcomed YBrs. Prof. Dr. Mohd Nor Hakimin bin Yusoff as the newly appointed UMK Board Member representing the Senate. His expertise, experience, and insights are expected to make a valuable contribution towards strengthening institutional governance and advancing the University's pursuit of excellence.
In addition, the Board extended its heartfelt congratulations to YBhg. Dato' Hj. Mohd Adhan bin Kechik and YBhg. Datuk Wira Dr. Mohammad Hardee bin Ibrahim on their reappointment as Members of the UMK Board of Directors representing the private sector. Their continued service reflects the University's confidence in their leadership and commitment to supporting UMK's growth, sustainability, and long-term success.
It is hoped that the resolutions and decisions reached during the meeting will further strengthen UMK's governance, reinforce institutional excellence, and enhance the University's standing as a distinguished, competitive, and impactful institution of higher learning serving both the nation and society.
