KOTA BHARU, 19 May 2023 | 2023 UMK REGISTRATOR'S CUP TENPIN BOWLING TOURNAMENT ACHIEVED THE OBJECTIVE
The organization of the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Registrar's Cup Tenpin Bowling Tournament 2023 took place lively at the Lite SuperBowl JB 7 Mydin Tunjong here, today with the participation of 72 participants representing 24 teams.
UMK registrar, Encik Khairul Eruwan Bin Abdul Halim said the tournament successfully achieved the objective of organizing to strengthen friendship between the executive staff and administrators at UMK.
In the meantime, the President of the Association of Administrative and Professional Officers (PERTISA) of UMK, Ts. Amirul Firdaus Bin Zilah hopes that the tournament can be a starting point for more cooperation between Associations/Unions and University Staff Welfare Clubs with the Registrar's Office in the future.
The champion of the tournament belonged to the team of the Computer and Informatics Center (CCI) with 1,471 total pin drops, the runner-up was the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) team with 1330 pin drops and the third place was the Registrar's Office team with 1298 total pin drops.
The Team Champion takes home the Round Cup + RM500 Cash + Medal + Hamper. Second Place Team wins RM300 Cash + Medal + Hamper while Third Place Team takes home RM200 Cash + Medal + Hamper
For the Male Player of the Year category, this victory belongs to Mr. Mohamad Azanizam Bin Alwi. Meanwhile, for the Best Woman category belongs to Puan Siti Suhaila Binti Mohd Alwi. Each of them brought home RM100 Cash + Medal + Hamper and the Special Award of the Drainage Champion took home a Hamper sponsored by the UMK Registrar.
