BACHOK | UMK HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SHARES EXPERIENCE WITH UNISZA
The Registrar's Office, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) received a courtesy call from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) on 29 November 2023 (Wednesday).
The delegation led by Mrs. Farah Hayati binti Osman, Chief Assistant Registrar at the UniSZA Registrar's Office was welcomed by the UMK Registrar, Mr. Khairul Eruwan Bin Abdul Halim at the UMK Chancellery Building Bachok.
The objective of UniSZA's courtesy visit this time is to obtain information and exchange ideas on the best practices of UMK Human Resource Management.
In the meeting session, both universities shared good practices in implementing staff appointment and staffing management in the Human Resource Management Division.
The meeting session which lasted for three hours has given a lot of input to both universities towards strengthening the human resource management process in the organization and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency in the service.
