JOINT DEPARTMENTAL COUNCIL (MBJ) MEETING NO. 2/2026 (46th MEETING)

The Joint Departmental Council (MBJ) Meeting No. 2/2026 (46th Meeting) was successfully convened as a platform for constructive engagement between the University's management and staff representatives to discuss matters relating to staff welfare, organisational management, and the continuous enhancement of service delivery.
The meeting served as an important forum for fostering effective communication and collaboration, enabling both management and staff representatives to exchange views, address key issues, and explore initiatives aimed at strengthening organisational performance and promoting a positive workplace environment.
It is hoped that the resolutions and recommendations arising from the meeting will be effectively implemented to reinforce institutional governance, enhance service excellence, and support the continued advancement of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan.
